Krieger's hometown is Dumfries, Virginia and she went to college at Penn State. She is one of the few US players who've played pro in Europe. An interesting fact is she speaks German fluently. Her debut game was also Pia Sundhage's first game coaching for the US. She played in eight games in 2010 and started in two of these. This defender has 15 caps.
